RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
USA Customers
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.miraclefruitoil.com, please contact us at info@miraclefruitoil.com. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. We give each customer’s concerns individual attention and will provide you with the instructions for making your return. Only items purchased from www.miraclefruitoil.com may be returned. Proof of purchase is required. Returned merchandise must be unused (resellable condition) and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back and must prepay all shipping charges. Customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit. We reserve the right to not accept damaged or used returns. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
International Customers
Miracle Fruit Oil® does not accept returns from locations outside the continental United States. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price of shipping cost and Miracle Fruit Oil® is not responsible for these additional charges. We strongly advise contacting your customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to completing an order. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS, UPS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
